| Abstract & Background | Abstract Bimolecular computing models in vivo are an emerging computing model inspired from the biological phenomena that the biochemical molecular in living perform computation, communications, and signal processing collaboratively. This paper reviews some recent DNA computing models which are proposed to work at the cellular level for NP complete problem models, gene logic circuits and biomolecular automata. The future research directions on in vivo calculations are also pointed out.
