  Abstract &
  Background
Abstract A molecular computer for logical control of gene expression is an essential research field of DNA computing. In this paper, with its characteristic especially being antisense medication, DNAzyme technique is used in construction of DNA computing model as basis material. Furthermore, a DNA computing model is designed to control H-ras gene expression, and this model also has potential to control other over expressed genes. Benefited from the massive parallelism and intelligence feature of DNA computing, this model explores further application of DNA computing to control of gene expression.
